Credit Intelligence Assistance Scoring

Research first.
Decisions later.

CIAS is NEURORDER's research into whether alternative economic activity and behavioural indicators can help describe financial reliability where traditional credit records are incomplete, limited or unavailable.

The research objective

What are we trying to understand?

CIAS is not designed to simply create another traditional credit score. The research asks whether patterns of activity, consistency, economic volume, stability and other observable financial behaviours may provide useful context when a person's financial life is not fully represented by conventional credit records.

01 · Visibility

Understand financial activity that is usually unseen.

Explore whether recurring economic behaviour can provide structured information about people who participate in informal or under-documented economic activity.

02 · Methodology

Test whether simple rules can produce useful signals.

Examine whether transparent rule-based scoring can provide understandable financial indicators before more advanced modelling is considered.

03 · Inclusion

Explore more inclusive financial intelligence.

Study whether alternative financial context may help reduce information gaps without replacing responsible lending, legal assessment or human judgement.

Research development

Building the system and the methodology.

The current work brings together systems analysis and research methodology. The goal is to ensure that the technical scoring environment and the research questions develop alongside one another rather than allowing the software to move ahead of the evidence.

Systems Analyst

Bruno João Elias

Focused on translating the CIAS research model into a structured technical system. The systems work explores how financial activity, scoring variables and transparent rule logic can be represented consistently within a usable prototype environment.

Methodology Researcher

Ntokozo Mzekandaba

Focused on the research methodology behind the model and the scoring system. Contact Mr N. Mzekandaba for more. Contact Us webpage will direct you to NEURORDER workspace emailing hub.

CIAS is an active research initiative. Nothing displayed in this environment should be interpreted as a final consumer credit score, lending decision, financial advice or approved commercial credit-assessment product.

Provincial research preview

Four environments. Four different economic contexts.

The next stage of the CIAS research layer will document why selected provinces matter to the study, what economic environments are being observed and what the research is attempting to learn from each location.
